Custom manufacturing and standard components require different handling. Final order-specific terms remain part of the quotation or order confirmation.
Custom products
Made-to-specification goods normally cannot be returned for preference changes after sample or specification approval. If a manufacturing defect is reported, we review the issue against the approved specification and agreed QC standard.
Standard components
Return eligibility will be stated on the future product listing and order confirmation. Buyers should contact sales before returning goods.
Damage or shortage
Notify sales promptly with order reference, package photographs and product photographs so the shipment can be investigated.
